二期特种材料库改造施工方案
PII Special Material Storage Transformation Plan 本次施工的是二期特种材料库改造，我们根据现场实际情况，拟将以从A、C轴→E轴→G轴→J轴的顺序分4个阶段完成本项工作。
We’ll finish the plan by 4 stages from A axis &C axis, E axis, G axis, J axis based on site situation.
施工步骤：
construction procedure
（一）用白灰初步区分出基础的位置。经三期NEC工程师确认后，在二期仓库管理人员的指导下，将施工区域内的材料移至施工区域范围之外，若材料物品较多，可将部分物品移至东面的小仓库堆放。1天
First, we’ll set out the location of foundation by lime. Then after
confirmation by PIII engineers and guidance of PII warehouse keeper, we’ll
transfer building material from the construction fields into other
non-construction fields. If the material is so much, parts of them would be
transferred into eastern minor warehouse. Duration: 1day.
（二）将施工区域与材料仓库用模板隔离开，2天
We’ll separate construction fields from material warehouse by formwork.
Duration : 2 days.
（三）混凝土地面破除，1天
Remove the concrete road. Duration : 1 day.
土方开挖，2天
Earthwork excavation. Duration : 2 days.
红土换填，4天
Red soil exchange-filling. Duration : 4 days.
支墩施工（钢筋绑扎、地脚螺栓安装、模板支设、混凝土浇筑），3天Support construction (steel bar binding, anchor bolt assembly, erecting formwork, concrete pouring). Duration:3days.
混凝土养护及钢结构柱安装，7天
Concrete curing and steel structural column assembly. Duration: 7days.
我们计划11月1日开始施工，每个阶段计划工期20天，完成本项工作共计80天。
We plan to start the job from Nov,1.Each stage is scheduled 20 days with total
80 days to finish all jobs.
为保证本工程顺利完工，我们将做以下准备工作：
In order to guarantee finishing the job smoothly, we’ll prepare the following steps:
一、人员：
Staff
（1）现场施工负责人一名，负责施工的协调工作；
One site construction supervisor who is fully responsible for coordination
of the process.
（2）依据实际工作量配备足够施工人员。
Enough construction staff will be allocated in site up to actual project
quantity.
二、机械设备：空压机和风镐、蹦蹦车等
Machinery: air compressor, air pick, minor dumper etc.
三、安全措施：搭设临时防护栏杆和标志牌，禁止非施工人员通过。
Safety measurement: temporary safety fence and warning signs will be erected around the site in order to forbid non-construction staff across the field.
四、环境保护：随时浇水湿润，减少灰尘。
HSE measurement: in order to reduce dust, certain staff will water the site on demand.
五、施工通道：请三期工程师协调二期将材料库南门作为主施工通道。
Site access: please PIII engineer coordinate PII staff concerned to requisition southern gate of material store as main construction access.
我们将与NEC、CMEC、设计院、二期相关人员随时保持联系，及时解决施工中遇到的问题。
We’ll keep in contact with NEC,CMEC,DI,PII staff concerned at any time so as to solve incidents occurred during the construction.
